Visa wins China approval to set up bank card clearing business, CNBC reports

Visa said it received the People’s Bank of China’s go-ahead to start establishing a local bank card clearing business, according to CNBC. The move comes ahead of a planned third meeting this year between the U.S. and Chinese presidents next month.
