Free reading

Signed-in readers get 3 full stories each calendar month for free. Headlines, summaries and key points stay free for everyone.

Ledger Pro billing

• Ledger Pro costs $9 per month or $79 per year, plus any applicable tax shown at checkout.
• Your plan renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment partner; we never see or store your full card number.

Canceling

Cancel anytime from your Account page using "Manage billing." You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again. Partial periods are not refunded unless required by law.

Acceptable use

Don't copy, resell or bulk-download our stories, share your account, or try to get around the paywall. We may suspend accounts that do.

Changes

We may update these terms or our prices. We'll give subscribers notice by email before a price change takes effect.
